When will my order ship?
Please allow us 3-7 business days to ship out all orders, according to our shipping policy.
If it has not yet been 3-7 business days since you placed your order, please be patient with us and be expecting a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number in it soon!
If it has been over 3-7 business days and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email from us, please email our Customer Service team at info@substanceoverprofit.com and we will work with you to get your order out to you ASAP.
Are you accepting any ambassadors?

Where is my tracking number?
If you have not yet received your tracking number, it means we have not yet shipped out your order. As soon as we ship out your order, you will receive an email with the subject line: "Your Product(s) of SUBSTANCE is on the way!". This email will contain access to your tracking number and info.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide using USPS International Shipping services.
How is the sizing of your clothing?
