Returns/Refunds

Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow for returns or provide refunds.
All sales are final. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges if:

• You need a different size tee, hoodie, etc.

If you would like to go ahead and exchange a product, send an email to our customer service team at info@substanceoverprofit.com with the following information:

• Your name
• Your order number
• Reason you are requesting an exchange
• Item/size you would like in return

Exchanges must be sent back in full (just the way you received them) or else we are not responsible for sending you back an exchange.

We will take care of the cost of return shipping to us, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
